Enjoying one’s meals in the Conference Center’s restaurant takes place in a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere.
The restaurant is a light open space accommodating up to 90 guests at a time. The seating is arranged with round tables and comfortable chairs. Each table seats 5 or 6 guests. All the meals are served directly at the table, so guests do not have to stand in line or wait for servings. This creates a relaxed dining atmosphere where one can enjoy the food, the conversation, and the company at one’s table. The menu differs for every week of the year, and the week’s current menu can be found on the tables.
The kitchen staff at the Conference Center has many years of experience preparing and serving homemade and healthy food. The staff is hospitable and ready to deliver personalized service to guests who for reasons of religious or personal persuasion or health-related issues require special diets, such as vegetarian, gluten free or other diets.
All good food starts with the right ingredients. Most of the ingredients used in the kitchen come from the center's organic garden farm: fresh homegrown organic vegetables, fruits, meat, eggs, and dairy products such as milk, cream, yogurt and cheese are delivered to the kitchen several times a week.
During conferences, the kitchen staff also prepares and serves tea, coffee, cappuccino, and healthy snacks in the conference rooms.
In addition, the accommodation buildings have smaller kitchens on each floor where the guests can find different foods to snack on if they are hungry in the evening or the early morning hours.
